In the event of cancellation, the cancellation fee will be applied as below:

Over 30 days : We will not impose any charges.

15 – 30 days: 30% of the Tour price is forfeited.

10 – 15 days: 50% of the Tour price is forfeited.

01 – 10 days: 100% of the Tour price is forfeited.

No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the tour price.

After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your willingness, early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.

Cancellation by the suppliers for reasons related to a force majeure situation, such as government restriction or regulation, weather conditions, natural disasters, etc., customers will receive refund amount depending on specific conditions.

If the tour has yet taken place, full refund will be made.

If the tour is in progress, a partial refund will be made, any unused portion of a tour for whatever reason is not refundable.

There will be no refund or exchange can if customer decides to opt out while the tour in ongoing. If you have not used any of the services, no compensation will be given for the unused portion of the tour.
